Warranty:
Our supplier the manufacture of 3M Vinyl film states that the vinyl
will last up to 5 years outdoor use under normal conditions. Ultimate
Decals offers a 3-year guarantee. This covers peeling, cracking, delamination,
and fading. We will only warranty decals that have been
determined to come from a defective lot of material.
All of our products are checked and reviewed by an Ultimate Decal
representative for quality assurance before shipping to the customer.
All other adhesion or installation related problems are assumed to
be the fault of improper conditions or other installer related error.
We will not take back half-installed decals, so please inspect your
order carefully upon arrival.
Refund Policy:
Ultimate Decals manufactures decals custom made to order.
We do not stock inventory as every order is manufactured according
to the information supplied by the customer. Ultimate Decals is not
responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.
Before placing your order please be sure you have accurate measurements
for your decal and review your order during confirmation. Each decal
is manufactured to specific sizes, vinyl material, design and quantities.
Therefore Ultimate Decals is unable to issue refunds or exchanges.
All sales are final, with the exception of warranty problems, which
when returned to us we will happily replace with a identically
ordered product within the 3-year warranty period.
Shipping Policy:
Ultimate Decals is not responsible for any delays in shipping including
local delivery errors or international customs issues. All Ultimate
Decal orders are shipped according to the information supplied by
the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by
the customer in submitting improper shipping information, Ultimate
Decals will reship the package with corrected address and charge an
additional shipping fee for the shipment.
